Arabian Lentil Salad

  • 125 g green lentils
  • 200 g cucumber
  • 200 g cucumber
  • 50 g young spinach(F50F)
  • 80 g feta, low fat
  • 1 pouch Knorr Basil & Oregano Salad dressing
  • 1 2 tbsp of vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Step 1
    Cook the Beluga lentils according to the package. Drain into a sieve and rinse with cold water.
  • Step 2
    Wash the cucumber and tomatoes, quarter the cucumber and cut into pieces, cut the tomatoes in half. Wash the spinach and drain well. Dice the feta.
  • Step 3
    Mix Knorr Basil & Oregano Salad dressing in a bowl with 2 tbsp water, vinegar, and olive oil. Add all salad ingredients and mix well.
