Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff
  • 1 jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves*

Directions

  • Combine ground beef, bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon water in medium bowl. Shape into sixteen 1-inch meatballs. Heat oil in large skillet and cook meatballs over medium heat until done, about 5 minutes; set aside.
  • Bring 1-1/2 cups water and milk to the boiling point in medium saucepan. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff and continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, parsley and meatballs and continue cooking, stirring frequently, until noodles are tender, about 3 minutes.
