Glazed Peanut Chicken with Teriyaki Rice

- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 Tbsp. chicken broth
- 1 package Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Teriyaki Rice
- Combine Peanut Butter, sugar, soy sauce and garlic powder in small bowl; set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until almost done. Add snow peas and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and snow peas are crisp-tender. Stir in peanut butter mixture and chicken broth and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until peanut butter melts. Serve with prepared Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Teriyaki Rice and, if desired, warm soft sesame bread sticks and a green salad.
