Ingredients

  • 1 package Knorr® Leek recipe mix
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli or frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients Ii medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
  • Porcess soup in batches in blender until smooth. Return to saucepan and season, if desired, with salt and pepper, and heat through if necessary.
