Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) baby clams, drained, liquid reserved separately
  • 1 1/2 cups water, more or less
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 package Knorr® Leek recipe mix
  • 1 large all-purpose potato or Yukon gold potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-in. cubes
  • 1 slice bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled

Directions

  • Add enough water to clam juice to measure 2 cups in medium saucepan. Add milk, Knorr® Leek recipe mix and potatoes and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 8 minutes.
  • Stir in clams and bacon; heated through.
