Chicken with Red Peppers & Herbs

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 1 package Knorr® Italian Sides™ - Parmesan
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves
- 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
- Bring water, milk and Spread to the boiling point in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in Knorr® Italian Sides™ - Parmesan, red pepper and basil. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 9 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in chicken; heat through. Serve, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
