Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Creamy Chicken flavor
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded 2 % cheddar cheese
  • 1 large green onion, sliced

Directions

  • HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • COOK Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Creamy Chicken flavor in same skillet according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 5 minutes of cook time.
  • STIR in tomatoes. Serve sprinkled with bacon, cheese and green onions.
