Ingredients

  • 4 medium all-purpose potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 package Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese or American (about 3 oz.)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 1-1/2-quart casserole; set aside.
  • Arrange 1/2 of the potatoes in circular pattern in casserole. Top with tomatoes, then remaining potatoes. Blend Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix with milk in measuring cup with wire whisk; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden brown.
