  • Preheat oven to 425°. Line baking pan with aluminum foil, then spray with no-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine 1 tablespoon Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon with bread crumbs in shallow dish. Beat eggs with remaining 1 tablespoon Bouillon in another shallow dish.
  • Dip chicken in egg mixture, then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated. Add chicken to skillet and cook in batches if necessary, turning occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
