Ingredients

  • 1 tub Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or pancake syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 lbs. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except shrimp in large non-aluminum bowl or shallow baking dish. Add shrimp; turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
  • Remove shrimp from marinade, discarding marinade. Thread shrimp on skewers* and grill until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally, about 5 minutes. Serve grilled shrimp over hot rice. Garnish, if desired, with lemon wedges and chopped fresh herbs.
  • *If using wooden skewers, soak in water at least 15 minutes before using.
