  • Heat olive oil in 4-quart saucepot over medium heat and cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 4 minutes. Add asparagus and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in water and Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon Cubes and bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until asparagus is very tender.
  • Blend soup with a hand-held/immersion blender until smooth; stir in cream. Garnish, if desired, with chopped dill or chives.
