Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 package Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 ounces your favorite pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup pimiento stuffed olives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • HEAT oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 4 minutes.
  • STIR in milk and Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes.
  • STIR in tomatoes and simmer 1 minute. Toss sauce with hot cooked pasta, olives and Parmesan cheese.
