Ingredients

  • 6 -lb. fully-cooked ham butt end
  • 15 whole cloves (optional)
  • 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in 100% juice, drained, juices reserved
  • 1 package Knorr® Roasted Chicken gravy mix
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Stud ham with cloves. Arrange ham and pineapple in baking dish.
  • Combine reserved pineapple juice, Knorr® Roasted Chicken gravy mix, brown sugar and mustard in small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 3 minutes. Pour over ham and pineapple. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake 1 1/2 hours; remove foil and baste ham. Bake uncovered an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally, or until ham is glazed and meat thermometer reaches 140°.
