- 4 poblano chilies, roasted, peeled, seeded and deveined
- 3 plum tomatoes, roasted
- 1 white onion, roasted
- 3 cloves garlic, roasted
- 4 jalapeno peppers, roasted, peeled; seeded if desired
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. crushed dried Mexican oregano leaves

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
