Roasted Garlic Chicken & Vegetables

- 1 tub Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Chicken
- 1 packet Knorr® Sazon with Garlic, Onion, Annatto and Coriander
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1-1/2 lbs.), trimmed
- Preheat oven to 425˚.
- Blend Stock, Knorr® Sazon with Garlic, Onion, Annatto and Coriander, olive oil and rosemary in small bowl. Toss mixture with remaining ingredients in 13 x 9-inch shallow roasting pan or dish.
- Roast uncovered 45 minutes. Remove chicken to serving platter, then top with vegetables and drizzle with juices.
