  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup thinly sliced poblano pepper (1 large)
  • 1 cup white onion
  • 2 Knorr® Cilantro MiniCube(s), crumbled
  • 1 can (16 oz.) chick peas or garbanzos or garbanzos, rinsed and drained


  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook pepper, onion and Knorr® Cilantro MiniCube(s) until onion is tender, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chick peas or garbanzos or garbanzo beans and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
