Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 -lb. boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 package (10 oz.) white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff
  • 1 bag (10 oz.) baby spinach leaves

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak about 4 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside.
  • Add mushrooms and onion to same skillet and cook about 4 minutes or until beginning to brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in water and milk and bring to a boil. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff. Continue boiling 8 minutes or until pasta is almost tender. Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute. Stir in reserved steak and cook 1 minute or until heated through.
