PREPARATION
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over high heat and brown beef about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove beef and set aside.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook onion and carrots about 5 minutes or until golden, stirring occasionally. Stir in water and KnorrĀ® Sauerbraten (Pot Roast) recipe mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 2 minutes. Return beef to skillet and cook about 8 minutes or until beef is desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper and serve over hot cooked noodles.
