TOMATO BEARNAISE LONDON BROIL

INGREDIENTS
4 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 package Knorr® Bearnaise sauce mix
1 cup milk
1-1/4- lb. London broil or boneless sirloin steak, grilled or broiled to desired doneness
PREPARATION

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon Spread in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and salt and cook 1 minute. Stir in Knorr® Bearnaise sauce mix, milk and remaining Spread and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 minute.
  2. Serve with sliced steak.
