INGREDIENTS

1 package Knorr® Leek recipe mix
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can (14 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts. drained and chopped
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped pitted oil-cured olives
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 1-quart casserole. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with sliced Italian bread or your favorite dippers.
