PREPARATION
Melt Spread in a large saucepot over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Add clam juice, water and potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in Knorr® Carbonara sauce mix, corn and milk and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and clams. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turn pink, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with crisp-cooked, crumbled bacon.
For a richer chowder, stir in 1/4 cup light cream or half & half with the shrimp.
