PREPARATION
In medium bowl, toss bread cubes and 1/2 cup water. Let stand 10 minutes.
In small bowl or measuring cup, add Knorr® Shrimp flavor Bouillon Cube and remaining water; stir to dissolve.
In food processor, process bread cubes, bouillon mixture and 2 tablespoons olive oil 30 seconds or until smooth; set aside.
Season fish, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. In pie plate, combine flour and 1 teaspoon paprika. Dip cod in flour mixture shaking off excess. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons Olive Oil over medium heat and cook cod, turning once, 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove cod to platter and keep warm.
In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon Olive Oil over medium heat, and cook garlic, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Add remaining 1 teaspoon paprika and cook, stirring occasionally, 30 seconds. Stir in bread mixture, and cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or to desired consistency.
Stir in lemon juice and cilantro. Pour sauce over fish and serve immediately. Garnish, if desired, with additional chopped cilantro.
