PREPARATION
Melt Spread in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in milk, Knorr® White sauce mix and sherry and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, then stir in cheeses until melted. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish. Serve with Fondue Dippers, great music and fabulous cocktails!
*Fondue Dippers: Spear and dip in pieces of crusty French bread, sliced apples or vegetables, or cooked shrimp.
