1/4 cup olive oil 1 package Knorr® Pesto sauce mix 10 cups sliced vegetables**

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 450°.
Combine all ingredients in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan until evenly coated. Bake uncovered, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
*SUBSTITUTION: Spray pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray and replace oil with 2 Tbsp. water.
**Use any combination of the following, sliced: zucchini, yellow squash, red, green or yellow bell peppers, carrots, celery, onion or mushrooms.
