INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 package KnorrĀ® Roasted Turkey gravy mix
1-1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed (optional)
1/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
3 cups cut-up cooked turkey (about 1-lb.)
2 cups frozen green green peas and carrots, thawed
4 puff pastry shells, prepared according to package directions
PREPARATION

Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onions, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until softened. Stir in KnorrĀ® Roasted Turkey gravy mix blended with water, wine and thyme. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

Add turkey and green peas and carrots and cook 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve in pastry shells or split biscuits.
