PREPARATION
Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onions, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until softened. Stir in KnorrĀ® Roasted Turkey gravy mix blended with water, wine and thyme. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Add turkey and green peas and carrots and cook 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve in pastry shells or split biscuits.
