INGREDIENTS
1 package KnorrĀ® Vegetable recipe mix
5 cups water
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
2 cups cut-up green beans OR 2 cups diagonally sliced fresh asparagus
PREPARATION

  1. Bring KnorrĀ® Vegetable recipe mix, water, onion, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce to a boil over medium-high heat in a 3-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in green beans and simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
