PREPARATION
In 2-quart saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon Spread over medium-high heat and cook shallots, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Add spinach and cook 1 minute. Stir in Knorr ® Classic Sauces Bearnaise Sauce Mix blended with milk and pepper. Add remaining 3 tablespoons Spread. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Serve with your favorite broiled, pan-fried or grilled steaks.
