PREPARATION
In 2-quart saucepan, with wire whisk, combine KnorrĀ® Leek recipe mix with milk. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and stir in artichoke hearts. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in prosciutto and cheese. Toss with hot fettuccine. Serve, if desired, with freshly ground pepper.
RECIPE TIP: For a change of pace, substitute 2 cups fresh or frozen asparagus or green peas for the artichokes.
