INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 envelope Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube, crumbled
1 cup water
1-1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 cups oil for deep fat frying
PREPARATION

Mix flour, Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto, baking powder and garlic powder in medium bowl; set aside.

Blend egg, Knorr ® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube and water in small bowl. Beat egg mixture into flour mixture with wire whisk or fork until blended. Stir in chicken until coated.

Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully drop chicken mixture, by level tablespoonfuls, a few at a time, into skillet. Fry, turning once, 3 minutes or until golden brown and puffy; drain on paper towels.
