Let's make comfort food....
Melt 1 tablespoon of Spread in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown beef in two batches. Remove beef and set aside.
Melt the remaining tablespoon of Spread then add mushrooms and cook over medium-high heat until softened, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
Stir in Knorr® French Onion recipe mix and water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 3 minutes. Return beef to skillet and simmer until heated through.
Meanwhile, sprinkle cheese over bread and broil until cheese is melted. Pour beef mixture over bread and serve to those you love.
