PREPARATION
Heat oil in deep 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook onion, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in ham, rice and habanero pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is golden, about 4 minutes.
Stir in water, coconut milk and KnorrĀ® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in pineapple and mango. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered until rice is tender, about 18 minutes.
