1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Buffalo Chicken, prepared according to package directions 1 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 Tbsp. Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing 6 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves 2 cups chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped red onion

PREPARATION
- Melt Spread in 12-inch non-stick skillet, cook shrimp, turning once, until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes. Stir in Dressing; set aside.
- Spoon hot Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Buffalo Chicken onto serving platter, then arrange lettuce, tomatoes and red onion around rice. Top with shrimp.
- Drizzle, if desired, with additional Dressing.
