1 tub KnorrĀ® Homestyle Stock - Chicken 1 small onion, chopped 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper 4 medium all-purpose potatoes (about 2 lbs.), peeled, if desired, and cut into 1-inch chunks

PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Combine all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
- Turn into 13 x 9-inch roasting pan. Roast, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and golden, about 50 minutes.
