PREPARATION
Heat oil in 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat and cook onion with rice, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until rice is golden brown. Stir in water, KnorrĀ® Chicken flavor Bouillon and vegetables. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in mint, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer covered 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
