SAUSAGE & SPINACH-STUFFED PINWHEELS

INGREDIENTS
1 envelope Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 packages (13.8 oz. ea.) refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)
8 ounces sweet and/or hot Italian sausage, removed from casing, crumbled and cooked
PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Combine Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix, cream cheese, milk and spinach in medium bowl; set aside.
  2. Unroll pizza crusts. Evenly top with cream cheese mixture, then mozzarella cheese and cooked sausage. Roll, starting at longest side, jelly-roll style. Slice each into 16 slices.
  3. Arrange cut side down on prepared sheets. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
